Powered by Invictus Sitting Volleyball Challenge Update!!!

The July challenge for Sitting Volleyball has been activated on the Powered by Invictus app. All Wounded, Injured and Sick Service personnel, from any Service in any country around the world can sign up to take part. This month you can pit yourself against fellow competitors in:

Volley, touch the floor;

Dig low, dig high; and,

Up and Down.

There are links available to show you what each challenge entails and a video that shows each challenge in action. You can even but medals and other Invictus Games attire to reward yourself for a job well done.
