What were you doing before you went to VE?

"I was working for Rowing Australia as the High Performance Development Co-ordinator for New South Wales".

What attracted you to the role at VE?

"I was interested in learning about volleyball and working in performance at a management level".

What role did you have at VE?

"Talent Manager".

What was your favourite part of the role?

"Working with the England teams and constructing the Futures project".

Where did you go after leaving VE?

"I went to the Derbyshire Institute of Sport as Head of Operations".

What is your current role?

"Head of Sport at Special Olympics GB".

What has been your lasting memory of being part of VE?

"Working with the dedicated volunteers and athletes for the England teams. Working with the talent team at HQ. Securing representation at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games first beach volleyball competition".
