Grants of up to £1,000 can be made for projects that develop sports participation or support emerging talented sports people.
In particular, the fund aims to support projects that encourage sports participation from the following groups:
Disadvantaged communities
Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities
Women and girls
Disabled people
