Greggs Foundation (Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham and Teesside)

If your organisation supports people in the North East of England (the Counties of Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham and Teesside). Please read the criteria for each programme carefully before starting an application.

The Local Community Projects Fund makes grants of up to £2,000 to help organisations based in local communities to deliver activities that they wouldn’t otherwise be able to. Organisations are able to apply once per calendar year.

Local Community Projects help to build resilience within a local community. Trips and activities, such as those enjoyed by Jamie at Pegasus Playscheme (pictured), are great examples of how small grants can make a real difference to local communities.
