Summary

The Kent Community Foundation exists to benefit disadvantaged communities by making grants to support relevant charitable or voluntary organisations, which make a difference to their local communities. Through the Involving Medway programme the foundation provides funding of up to £2,500 to groups delivering short term or one-off activities which increase the range of activities to better physical or mental health, encourage the growth of local initiatives designed and run by local residents or support residents of different ages, cultures, faith etc to come together across estate boundaries.
