Wilson Championships Round 3

Week 3 was just as epic as the previous events and has set up a mouth watering weekend with the Wilson Championships Finals coming up on Sunday. We had a new team secure their place in the final for the women and the Bello brothers went back to back with a 2nd win. 

In the ladies competition the team of Giulia Rastelli & Aga Adamek battled their way through to take a debut victory of the Championships and secure their place in the finals this Sunday. Giulia & Aga took the final in impressive fashion : 2-1 (15-13, 13-15, 11-9)

In the men's competition the Bello brothers of Javier & Joqauin went back to back with their 2nd win of the Championships, overcoming the winners of the 1st event in Issa Batrane & Freddie Bialokoz. Javier & Joaquin won the final in two straight sets : 2-0 (15-13, 15-10)

The remaining place in the tournament will be decided on Saturday, where all teams who did not automatically qualify will battle it out to be a part of the UKBT Wilson Championship Finals on Sunday.
