Keep moving during lockdown with SideOut

SideOut are offering a programme of 22 home workout sessions to support your fitness during lockdown.

Staying at home during quarantine means sitting down more time than we usually do. So it’s important to remember that working out and moving our body will benefit us both physically and mentally.

SideOut have a list of 22 free home workouts on their Facebook video section that will help you stay fit and healthy until we hit the sand again. Take a 30-minute break from sitting and work out with our very own coach and fitness trainer Gabi.
