Lockdown tidy up brings the past back to life

With time on my hands I decided to get some old volleyball files out for a tidy up.

In amongst the old papers was this article that focused on 2 members of the current Volleyball England Board, Freda Bussey and Jefferson Williams. It talks about Freda 36 and Jefferson 29, this year Jefferson celebrated his 60th birthday, making this article at least 30 years old. In the article Jefferson, recently arriving here from Canada said ‘The talent in England exists, but he didn’t think the coaches had the technical knowledge.
