New Board members to join the Foundation.

Volleyball England Foundation have been going through a recruitment process to bring new members to the Board of Trustees.

Over the next few days we will introduce the 5 new members.

The first is Steve Schindler.

Steve is a family man, he has been happily married for 32 years to Ruth, he has 3 children; a daughter Danniella aged 28, two sons Jake aged 26 and Max 20 and a large chocolate brown labradoodle called Rory.

He is the Co-Founder of Halfspace Ltd, being a Data Lead Sports Marketing Agency. He is a sports nut, enjoys golf, skiing, running, and spinning.

 Steve has a keen interest in grassroot sports, in particular growing participation to promote healthy lives and minds, that’s why he applied to join the Foundation Board.

 Steve has a really interesting past, he is a serial entrepreneur and marketeer, with a recent history working in the sports sector. He is keen to continue to make Volleyball more accessible and assist in the fund raising.

 Steve is going to bring a different perspective the Board, he hasn’t been involved in Volleyball prior to his appointment. Steve said ‘Not being from the Volleyball family, I wish to be challenging, openminded, creative, and insightful.’

We are all looking forward to welcoming Steve onto the Board for his first meeting on Saturday.
