Norfolk Volleyball Association has a message for all local players.

Hello Norfolk volleyballers,

Although organised club sessions and league events cannot be held yet (there is a lot of preparation currently taking place which needs to be carried out prior to any club/league volleyball), we are aware individuals might want to book courts to play volleyball again.

Please can I stress the importance to everyone who might be making personal bookings that you read and then implement the Volleyball England guidelines and Risk Assessment during your bookings.

I know both the Norfolk Volleyball Association and Norwich Spikers are working hard to get organised volleyball sessions and leagues back to the Sportspark, and I would hate this to be compromised by individual volleyball bookings that are not sticking to the National Governing Body guidelines. If volleyball is shown or suspected not to be following the guidelines, the Sportspark may well not accept the return of official volleyball training and leagues as this could put their recent re-opening in jeopardy!

Please do look at the guidance and insist everyone at your booking adheres to the guidelines on the link below. There is also a video that can be watched on the Volleyball England YouTube channel, that will help ensure volleyball is as safe as possible.
