SideOut remembers the Continental Cup Competition - on the road to Tokyo.

With only 3 weeks left until the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, anticipation is skyrocketing as we prepare to watch 24 of the world's best teams battle for a place on the podium!

The last European tickets for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics were booked at the CEV Continental Cup Finals in the Hague with the Dutch women and the Swiss men being the big winners!

Did you know that the #RoadToTokyo for the Swiss men began at our home venue at Leyton Beach? Back in May 2019, SideOut and the London Borough of Waltham Forest co-hosted Round 1 of the CEV Continental Cup, where the Swiss men topped the podium and progressed to the 2nd round and eventually all the way to Tokyo!

SideOut are so proud to have put on such a successful, unforgettable event and are grateful to everyone that made it possible - not least the 150+ volunteers that worked tirelessly to make the event such a success and put London back on the international beach volleyball map.
