The Foundation has been supporting a number of clubs, regions and associations across the country to apply for Sport England Return to Play funding.

One of the successful clubs was Tettenhall Tigers, a club with a great history of supporting and developing young people.

Their application, for £1600 allowed them to buy some new equipment and infection control kits to ensure a safe “Return to Play.”

The club spokesman wanted to give a big thank you to Sport England and the Volleyball England Foundation for all of their support. They are hoping for an uninterrupted season and best wishes to all our family of clubs and schools that play volleyball.

Tettenhall Tigers coach Nick Shaffery said “It was fantastic to see both our beginners and older groups back in action with new volleyballs to make sure everything ran smoothly.”
