Whitefield Volleyball Tournament 2022

A message from the organisers.

Hello!

The team has been very busy behind the scenes and we are now revving up for the last few months before we see you all, and boy we can't wait!

We have had some great meetings with the venue, who have some super new managers in. The venue is an amazing charity working hard to help the local community and we are proud to be partnering with them again this year. With lots of changes for us and them, along with our 2 year hiatus, we think this year will be extra special

We are changing our fee structure this year. As with all things in the world, our costs have increased this year, however we have restructured the fees in a way that will help us reduce some of our costs and hopefully provide as small an increase as possible for you as individuals.

The team entry fee will now also include all car parking and the disco, which is back in the newly refurbished building again. Camping and Campervan/Caravan fees have not increased. The new team entry fee will be £120/team, camping will remain £15/pp and I am attaching some calculations based on avg team size and some car usage examples to show how that will impact you guys. We will publish all the fees over the coming weeks, along with other info.

Team entries will open on the last Saturday of April as usual, but after feedback from you all, this time at a slightly more social hour of 10am. So that is Saturday 30th April. Mark it on your diary!

The website is currently under construction, so please bear with us, our tech guys have been updating all the updates and coding all the code to get us ready, which we should be able to start testing in the next few weeks in preparation for our crazy Saturday!

We will send out more info about the venue, facilities, rules etc as we get nearer the time, but for now, please prepare your diaries to book your place for this year, we really can't wait!!
