Great to see clubs supported through 'Return to Play' in action again.

This week 2 clubs that were supported by the Volleyball England Foundation to secure Sport England ‘Return to Play ‘ funding, came face to face through the net. London Bears welcomed London Spikers to the Bear Pit for a friendly game in anticipation of the London League which hopefully will kick off soon!

The Bears fought really hard and came out victorious in a 5 set thriller (19-17 in the 5th set!)

Congrats to outside Robin for getting the MVB title! Also, a massive thank you to London Spikers for accepting our invite and giving us a fun and competitive game!

The week before London Bears took on another club that had also received ‘Return to Play’ Inter Volleyball Club. Despite a 3-0 loss against Inter in round 2 of the National Cup, London Bears gave a good performance with lots of positives to focus on for the upcoming London League!

Congrats to our MVB setter @annabelletinker who gave a solid performance all around!
